I am pleased to confirm this excellent result achieved today at Willesden Magistrates Court in North London.
Despite the extremely high reading (123) which is 3.5 times over the legal limit of 35ug/100ml I managed to convince the Court not to send my client to prison. He had been properly advised and did come to Court in a suit and carrying a pack containing personal items should he be sent down to HMP. Fortunately for him, this did not take place and the Court decided to give him a second chance.
He will be off the roads for 30 months and also will have to complete 160 hours of unpaid work as a punitive element.
